  • Redesigned and realigned the food department to reflect company-wide repositioning to compete in the high end trade market
  • Oversaw the food and image production of more than 75 cookbooks and other products per year. In partnership with TimeInc.'s magazines, including Cooking Light, Southern Living, Real Simple, Sunset and more as well as Lodge Cast-Iron Cookware, Weber Grills and Cabot Cheese.
  • Responsible for sourcing and bringing in new well-known authors and increasing their comfort levels 
  • Oversaw a team of 12 food stylists and recipe tester/developers who created and styled beautiful and delicious recipes
  • Created departmental efficiencies and streamlined procedures saving the company more than $100K annually
  • ​Oversaw book proposals, talent search, TOCs, book maps, shooting scripts, schedules, budgets, staffing, recruiting, workflow and more
  • Food Styled and Art directed photo shoots for Joanne Weir, Sara Moulton and Emeril Lagasse
